Main Responsibilities
Preparation time / administration
- Design and develop lesson plans, instructional materials and projects that align with educational standards and student needs
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Managing student behavior and fostering a creative and respectful atmosphere
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during dance classes
- Attend meetings to improve the integration of creativity into program, practices and to provide feedback and improvements
Teaching
- Teach and implement lesson plans for drawing and calligraphy in each grade level
- Teach students painting and calligraphy techniques, both classical and contemporary in accordance with the rules and stages
- Encourage students to explore their creativity and develop their unique artistic style
- Follow each step on the various drawings
- Follow various drawings and calligraphy
- Apply individually
Others
- Collaborate with English teachers to make the postcards to send to Sponsors
- Participate in organizing the internal and external competition with SECA Manager and supervise the visual art events
