Main Responsibilities
Preparation time / administration
- Develop annual teaching plans, lesson plans, and administrative documents as required by the school and educational departments
- Create a variety of teaching materials to support student learning
- Establish a friendly classroom environment through classroom decoration, ensuring it is conducive to effective learning
- Prepare exam sheets for formative and summative assessments
Teaching
- Delivering lessons in core subjects following the MoEYS’s national curriculum
- Employ a variety of teaching methods and learning activities to engage students actively and foster insightful interactions
- Organize indoor and outdoor learning experiences to expose students to real-life applications and practical contexts
- Assess students’ knowledge to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and devise plans to support weaker students
Others
- Educate students with positive discipline, fostering respect and good habits
- Participate in weekly technical meetings to contribute to the development of classes
- Attend class council meetings, parental meetings, and school events
- Initiate and lead students in participating in core subjects’ competitions organized at the school, national, and international levels
