• Develop annual teaching plans, lesson plans, and administrative documents as required by the school and educational departments
• Create a variety of teaching materials to support student learning
• Establish a friendly classroom environment through classroom decoration, ensuring it is conducive to effective learning
• Prepare exam sheets for formative and summative assessments

Teaching

• Delivering lessons in core subjects following the MoEYS’s national curriculum
• Employ a variety of teaching methods and learning activities to engage students actively and foster insightful interactions
• Organize indoor and outdoor learning experiences to expose students to real-life applications and practical contexts
• Assess students’ knowledge to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and devise plans to support weaker students

• Participate in weekly technical meetings to contribute to the development of classes

Ensuring the safety and supervision of students while they are being transported to and from school on the school bus. Ensures that students adhere to bus rules, assists with boarding and provides help in emergencies.

Supervision of students

• Ensure the safety of all students on the bus
• Help maintain a clean and orderly bus environment
• Assist students with special needs during boarding and exiting
• Monitor and manage student behaviour, enforcing bus rules
• Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff
• Documentation any incidents or concerns during the bus ride
• Provide assistance in emergencies, including evacuating the bus if necessary
• Contact student’s family when student is late and missed
• Take student list and check student attendant everyday
• Report student absence and issue to the Social unit

• Collaborate with other school services (Social Work, School Life, project teams, and other departments).
• Take part in school events, workshops, training sessions, outings, and activities on weekends or in the evenings (optional).
• Attend staff meetings and team meetings.
• Lead students in cleaning the school environment in the morning.
• Lead students in checking for plastic items, food, drinks, and dangerous objects.
• Ensure that students participate in the flag ceremony in the morning and evening.
• Care and protection of school property.

Lead and coordinate the HCS ICT Program under the supervision of the Pedagogy Director. Ensure coherent ICT learning across grade levels, quality teaching and assessment, continuous teacher development, and effective use of digital resources. Promote digital literacy, computational thinking, problem-solving, digital citizenship, and appropriate use of emerging technologies.

Program Leadership and Curriculum Development

• Lead the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the HCS ICT Program
• Ensure a coherent and progressive ICT curriculum across grade levels and appropriate differentiation according to student pathways
• Coordinate curriculum planning, learning resources, projects, and assessment approaches with ICT teachers
• Promote practical, student-centered, project-based, and problem-solving approaches to ICT learning

Training and Learning

• Teach ICT according to the assigned teaching workload and prepare appropriate lessons, materials, assessments, and projects
• Model effective ICT pedagogy and support students in applying digital skills meaningfully in their learning
• Monitor student learning and use evidence to improve teaching and curriculum

Team Coordination and Professional Development

• Provide pedagogical leadership and coordination to the ICT teaching team
• Lead regular team meetings, classroom observations, lesson review, feedback, and collaborative planning
• Plan, support, and monitor continuous professional development for ICT teachers, including self-directed learning, relevant courses, sharing sessions, and peer learning

Quality, Resources and Prgram Managment

• Ensure consistent standards for ICT teaching, assessment, projects, documentation, and learning resources
• Coordinate the effective educational use of ICT facilities, equipment, software, and digital platforms
• Contribute to program planning, budgeting, recruitment, resource development, and reporting in collaboration with the Pedagogy Director and relevant teams
• Develop shared resources and documentation to strengthen the sustainability of the ICT Program

Collaboration and Other Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and other departments to strengthen meaningful use of ICT across HCS
• Promote responsible digital citizenship, ethical technology use, safeguarding, and equal opportunities for girls in digital learning
• Participate in relevant school meetings, events, workshops, and projects
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Pedagogy Director

To ensure that the students fully access to higher education. S/he will be in permanent contact with families, community and social services. Co-responsible of the HCS students and their families with social colleagues and the stakeholders, and to prevent students from drop out.

• Assess the home visit

Case Management

• Work with School life on student absenteeism and take intervention
• Identify problem in the family and support based on the specific need
• Work on case management & different projects
• Prevent drop out
• Update information in database & Database entry

Collaboration and Networking

• Work with parents to maximize their understanding of the school functioning
• Work with others units to plan and coordinate work particularly school psychologists, health team, pedagogical team, career guidance and other projects
• Establish relationship with other stakeholders that work the similar field in order to refer cases if need
• Build good relations with local authorities
• Take part in community workshop or training on the topic that organize by the Social department
