Lead and coordinate the HCS ICT Program under the supervision of the Pedagogy Director. Ensure coherent ICT learning across grade levels, quality teaching and assessment, continuous teacher development, and effective use of digital resources. Promote digital literacy, computational thinking, problem-solving, digital citizenship, and appropriate use of emerging technologies.

Program Leadership and Curriculum Development
- Lead the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the HCS ICT Program
- Ensure a coherent and progressive ICT curriculum across grade levels and appropriate differentiation according to student pathways
- Coordinate curriculum planning, learning resources, projects, and assessment approaches with ICT teachers
- Promote practical, student-centered, project-based, and problem-solving approaches to ICT learning
Training and Learning
- Teach ICT according to the assigned teaching workload and prepare appropriate lessons, materials, assessments, and projects
- Model effective ICT pedagogy and support students in applying digital skills meaningfully in their learning
- Monitor student learning and use evidence to improve teaching and curriculum
Team Coordination and Professional Development
- Provide pedagogical leadership and coordination to the ICT teaching team
- Lead regular team meetings, classroom observations, lesson review, feedback, and collaborative planning
- Plan, support, and monitor continuous professional development for ICT teachers, including self-directed learning, relevant courses, sharing sessions, and peer learning
Quality, Resources and Prgram Managment
- Ensure consistent standards for ICT teaching, assessment, projects, documentation, and learning resources
- Coordinate the effective educational use of ICT facilities, equipment, software, and digital platforms
- Contribute to program planning, budgeting, recruitment, resource development, and reporting in collaboration with the Pedagogy Director and relevant teams
- Develop shared resources and documentation to strengthen the sustainability of the ICT Program
Collaboration and Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and other departments to strengthen meaningful use of ICT across HCS
- Promote responsible digital citizenship, ethical technology use, safeguarding, and equal opportunities for girls in digital learning
- Participate in relevant school meetings, events, workshops, and projects
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Pedagogy Director
