Supervision of students<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Ensure the safety of all students on the bus<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly bus environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assist students with special needs during boarding and exiting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor and manage student behaviour, enforcing bus rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation any incidents or concerns during the bus ride<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide assistance in emergencies, including evacuating the bus if necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contact student\u2019s family when student is late and missed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Take student list and check student attendant everyday<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Report student absence and issue to the Social unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Collaborate with other school services (Social Work, School Life, project teams, and other departments).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Take part in school events, workshops, training sessions, outings, and activities on weekends or in the evenings (optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attend staff meetings and team meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Lead students in cleaning the school environment in the morning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Lead students in checking for plastic items, food, drinks, and dangerous objects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure that students participate in the flag ceremony in the morning and evening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Care and protection of school property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
